I offer four options for purchasing image use-rights:

Royalty-Free allows you to use the images for any use not prohibited in the license without further fee. Images are sold by size.  See Full License

Rights Managed images are licensed to one End User for distribution in pre-defined quantity points. The defined End User is allowed to print or actively distribute the images for a period of up to four years. See Full License
 

Art Prints are artwork to display in houses, offices or other public buildings. Neither the copyright holder, nor America the Beautiful Photos, is granting any further rights to the purchaser. Scanning or any other forms of reproduction of the image is a violation of copyright law and is expressly forbidden. Reselling of the original printed piece is allowed in the same fashion as buying or selling any other piece of artwork.

Electronic Files are Jpeg files which can be printed by the customers, or used in a variety of forms: in documents, Web site, and on items, such as mugs, t-shirts, magnets, calendars, etc. Neither the copyright holder, nor America the Beautiful Photos, is granting any further rights to the purchaser. Scanning or any other forms of reproduction of the image is a violation of copyright law and is expressly forbidden. Reselling of the original printed piece is allowed in the same fashion as buying or selling any other piece of artwork.
 

Copyrights, may be purchased on most images. This means you can buy the original image and exclusive rights from the photographer. Note that not all consigned photographers will sell their rights.
