America the Beautiful Photos will replace corrupted images through e-mail at no extra charge.

If I e-mail you an incorrect file, contact me within 24 hours to exchange the image for the correct one at no extra charge.  You MUST erase to incorrect file.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of an image, please notify me. I can re-scan it, in most cases. If you are still not satisfied, I will refund your money with a personal check, or credit you for an alternate image.

Within 30 days of purchase, America the Beautiful Photos will replace defective CDs. You MUST send the defective CD back to me for inspection within 10 days, or you will be charged for the replacement CD. Refunds are not available on shipped CDs.

If you experience a malfunction of the Web site you may file a report. I will check into it, and if I find the item or payment to be malfunctioning, I will complete the order and payment and send you the image with an alternate method, such as e-mail.

America the Beautiful Photos does not warrant that any particular image will be suitable for any particular work. It is your responsibility to verify with your printed proof that the image is usable for your particular need prior to printing. I am not liable for printing reimbursement if you find the image is not suitable for your particular need.
