You are allowed to:
 

• - Back-up, or archive the Images as necessary for internal use only.
• - Use the Images in electronic or print media, including advertising and editorial use, and consumer merchandise.
• - Use the Images for items for resale, such as book covers and consumer merchandise packaging, provided these products are not intended to allow the re-distribution of the Images themselves.
• - Convey to a third party (such as a printer), temporary copies of the Images that are integral to your work.
• - Modify or alter the Images as necessary for your use, (rights to any derivative work are also bound by the license).

You are not allowed to:
 

• - Transfer the rights to the Images, All rights are reserved by America the Beautiful Photos and it's consigned photographers.
• - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Images.
• - Copy or reproduce the Images, except as specifically provided for above.
• - Use the images in photographic books or screen saver programs.
• - Display the Images for any digital use (online or with presentation software such as Powerpoint) at a resolution greater than 800x600 pixels.
• - Use the Image(s) or any part of it/them as part of a trademark. Branding, logo or similar use is restricted without written permission. 
• - Share the images (Re-sell, distribute or sub-license),  or the rights to use the Images to anyone for any purpose.
• - Use the Images in any way that could be considered defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, or fraudulent.

Restrictions on number of Users:
THIS IS A ONE PERSON/FIRM AGREEMENT.  You, the original purchaser and any directly employed person(s) are permitted to use the Images on your projects.  To obtain additional seat licenses please contact us.

America the Beautiful Photos requests the phrase Photo: Americanthebeautifulphotos.com or © photographers name, appear adjacent to the Image or on a credit page in your work.  You will be provided the photographer's name with your disk or download. It can also be found in the embedded Info on the digital file.
